I called BGM 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment for Justin to measure several double pane replacement windows (glass only) and one sliding glass door. He was prompt with the appointment. I was very impressed with the amount of detail he took to make sure that the glass we were replacing was the exact size. He went as far a removing the molding on the slider door to be certain of its measurements. My local glass person who has been in the business for 30 years, came the day before and got different measurements by not being so meticulous. Yesterday Justin and his worker installed all the glass. Perfect fit. Couldn’t get any better than that.
